Our Team
Our team consists of designers, interior specialists and, of course, our world class installation team. We’re all extremely passionate about what we do, as you’ll see when you meet us. Each of us has a particular area of expertise ranging from wardrobe and wall unit design to product placement and interior space planning.

Chemical Treatment:
The raw wood we are giving a treatment in our high pressure chemical tank. In this process, we are treating the wood with boric acid in order to ensure that no insects or worms are in our wood.
Machining:
After seasoning, we let the wood rest for at least 5 days in order to ensure that there is on expansion or contraction anymore as a result of the seasoning. After this we start planning, cutting, molding and sawing the wood to the right format on our machine park of Indian Japanese, and European machines.
Finishing:
After sanding, we finish our product in our dust free finishing material like, stain, sealer, lacquer, wax etc. and also using Air spray guns.
Seasoning:
After chemical treatment, we are seasoning our wood in seasoning kilns (capacity 5000 cft). Our quality parameters for the final product as far as the drying processes concerned are a moisture level between 13 to 15%. This is to ensure least working of the wood after finishing.
Sanding:
After completion of the raw furniture, we are sending it to our sanding department. For the sending, we are using pneumatic hand sanders as well as wide belt sanding machine.
Wood We Use:
Our products are manufactured in wood; we use any kind of wood on customers request to fulfill customers requirement .And mostly we use Sri Lankan Wood like Teak, Mahogany, Kumbuk, Sooriya Mara, etc
